faulty air conditioning damaged fixtures
The air conditioning was a complete joke. It took forever to actually start working, and sometimes it just gave up completely. Plus, a lot of the stuff in the room was super beat-up, like the shower door handle was practically falling off. What a disaster!

helpful staff private driver convenient location
the staff were VERY helpful and attentive to my needs. i easily scheduled a private driver to and from the airport. the location proved very convenient for accessing key attractions.
the bed was not overly comfortable, and i noticed some noise WITHIN the hotel. it was possible to hear sounds from outside the room.

the comfort double room offered sufficient space and necessary amenities. It included a modern bathroom, and the air conditioning functioned effectively. The daily cleaning service ensured a tidy environment.

while breakfast WAS not included, the hotel provided access to a coffee machine. There was only a single capsule available. Several cafes are located within a short walk from the hotel.

the staff demonstrated really good attentiveness and addressed all inquiries promptly. They were extraordinarily friendly. They also offered assistance with arranging transportation. contact was easy through provided channels.
